Yields: 4 servings
1 sheet of puff pastry
12 defrosted meatballs
1 package (8 ounces) of shredded mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce for dipping
Buffalo sauce for dipping
Barbecue sauce for dipping
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Roll out the puff pastry to make it thinner, then slice it into 12 squares.
Place a meatball along with some cheese in each square. Seal the pastry around the meat and cheese. If you want the meatballs to be visible, create an opening on the top of the pastries. Position each filled pastry in the cups of a muffin tin.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pastry turns golden brown. Take them out of the tin and serve alongside marinara, Buffalo, and barbecue sauces for dipping.
