DART to Your Escape

If you have a case of wanderlust, it’s time to plan your next adventure. Whether you’re heading overseas for a fresh outlook or revisiting favorite ski resorts within the U.S., your journey will likely commence from Dallas Love Field or DFW International Airport. To steer clear of the congestion, eliminate exorbitant parking charges, and preserve your Uber funds for your destination, consider using Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) to reach your departure gate effortlessly.

Getting to Love Field with Ease

DART provides a straightforward route to Love Field. Begin your journey on either the Green or Orange line and head to the Inwood/Love Field Station. From there, hop on the Love Link Route 524 bus, which will take you to the airport in just eight minutes.

With enhanced signage at both the terminal and rail station, along with an added bus stop conveniently located near baggage claim, accessing the Love Link has never been simpler. The route has been upgraded to include larger buses, accommodating more passengers and their luggage.

Orange Line Service to DFW Airport

Travelers can begin at any DART light rail station and take the Orange Line to DFW Airport Terminal A. Upon arrival at the DFW Airport Station, passengers can access the other four terminals using the Terminal Link bus shuttles, which run outside of security, or the SkyLink tram, which is available inside security.

Experience Level Boarding

Every DART Rail vehicle features a center car designed for low-floor access, ensuring a seamless boarding experience with the rail platform. Additionally, DART’s new bus fleet also includes low-floor options and ramps that extend for easy boarding from the curb.

Plan Ahead and Purchase Your Ticket Before Departure

Operations for trains and buses run daily from about 5 a.m. to midnight. During peak hours, DART Rail operates every 8 to 15 minutes, 20 minutes during midday, and every 30 minutes late at night. Schedules may alter on holidays, so be sure to check. For detailed route and fare information, visit DART.org.

No matter if you choose to travel by rail, bus, or both, DART’s complimentary GoPass app is an invaluable travel companion. With the app, you can buy tickets and track when the next bus or train will arrive at any station. The GoPass app is available for download from the App Store or Google Play.

Most trips can be completed in under two hours, which means a Two-Hour Pass for travel to the airport is all you need—a fantastic deal at just $2.50.
