Egg Tot Recipe

Ingredients:

36 thawed tater tots

10 eggs

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or half-and-half

1/2 cup shredded cheese

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 package (2.5 ounces) of real bacon bits

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a muffin tin using butter. Place three tater tots in each muffin cup and press them down firmly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and bacon pieces. Add salt and pepper to your preference. Carefully pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup until full.

Position a cookie sheet beneath the muffin tin to catch any overflow, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

NOTE: These can be prepared in advance for a quick microwave-ready meal whenever you need it.
