The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund is dedicated to assisting with recovery and rebuilding efforts following the catastrophic flooding on July 4, 2025.

A local state of disaster has been declared in Kerr County, Texas, due to severe and life-threatening flooding that ensued overnight from substantial rainfall on Thursday, July 3, spilling into Friday, July 4.

According to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office, several lives have been lost; however, further information will be withheld until next of kin are informed.

Emergency response teams are actively engaged across the county to manage rescue operations and other urgent calls.

The Fund is specifically aimed at supporting the communities in Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort. Donations are tax-deductible, and contributors will receive a formal acknowledgment of their gifts.

Grants from the Fund will benefit nonprofit organizations, first responders, and local authorities participating in relief and recovery efforts. Although direct grants to individuals or families, or funding for repairs to personal property, cannot be provided, the Fund is committed to channeling resources to reputable organizations that are making immense efforts to aid those in need. Together, we can significantly impact the community during this difficult period.
