Protein S'mores Marshmallows

2 cups Premier Protein Vanilla High Protein Shake

5 tablespoons gelatin

3 scoops Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake 100% Whey Protein Powder

3 graham crackers

3 chocolate bars

Begin by pouring the protein shake into a small saucepan, then sprinkle the gelatin on top. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes to let the gelatin “bloom.”

Using low heat, gently whisk the mixture occasionally until it achieves a thinner consistency.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes, ensuring it is warm but not hot.

Add the protein powder and whisk for 10-20 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, making sure it holds its shape when the whisk is lifted.

Pour the resulting mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and place it in the refrigerator to set.

Once set, cut into slices and enjoy either on its own or paired with graham crackers and chocolate bars.
