Martin Roberts is an English property specialist, investor, entrepreneur, and author. Roberts also hosts the Talkradio show “Home Rule with Martin Roberts,” where he discusses real estate.

Martin co-hosts the BBC One property auction series Homes Under the Hammer with Martel Maxwell (since 2016) and Dion Dublin, after working with Lucy Alexander for many years.

In addition to appearing on radio and television, Roberts has written several books, including Teach Yourself Making Money from Property and The Property Auction Guide.

Today’s This Morning, Martin Roberts updated his Homes Under the Hammer future.

On Wednesday, the Warrington presenter appeared on ITV’s main daytime show to talk about his recent health scare.

Last month, the 58-year-old was brought to the hospital after experiencing breathing problems. Martin was joined on the show by his wife, Kirsty, who described the incident as “worrying” and demanded a “readjustment period.”

Martin assumed he was suffering from long-Covid symptoms, but physicians discovered he had “a large amount of fluid” surrounding his heart.

Today This Morning was presented by Phillip Schofield, who questioned Martin about what this meant for his Homes Under the Hammer future.

Martin will begin filming new episodes of the hit BBC show in a few weeks and has stated that he had no plans to leave as the show approaches its 10-year anniversary.

Insights On Martin Roberts Illness And Health Update

Martin Roberts opened up about his illness and is providing updates on his health to the public as of now. 

Last month, the 58-year-old host was brought to A&E after experiencing chest problems, and he says he is much grateful to be alive after his body began to shut down.

Martin disclosed on Friday that his heart was failing, his kidneys and liver were at 30%, his lungs were failing, however, he was really fortunate to be alive because he had been given another chance.

The actor now intends to spend as much time as possible with his family but has chosen to keep his children, Scott, 14, and Megan, 12, in the dark about the issue.

Roberts, famous host of Homes Under the Hammer, has revealed that he is slowly readjusting to “normalcy” after being rushed to the hospital last month.

Martin shared the news on Monday while out for a walk in his “favorite location on the planet,” telling followers he felt “fortunate” and “thankful” to be back on his feet and feeling better after his health scare.

Martin Roberts has spoken up about his recent health scare, which saw him rushed to the hospital and put on life support.

On ITV’s This Morning, the Homes Under The Hammer host appeared alongside his wife to share the near-death encounter with Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes.

Martin expressed his gratitude to the NHS employees, the A&E department, and the specialists for the exceptional care he received. 

Phil inquired about Martin’s future plans for Homes Under the Hammer. Although he is “taking it easy,” the host stated that he would resume filming in a few weeks.
